Donna qualified as a teacher in 1993. She holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship, a Master's degree and is a Doctor of Education.
Donna became a headteacher in 2004 and thoroughly enjoyed 13 exciting years of primary school leadership. During this time, she was seconded to the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to improve the partnership and links between education and social care.
Donna spent a year as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors with the London Ofsted team before becoming an education consultant in September 2018. As a consultant, Donna supports many schools.
In addition to this work, Donna has been an Executive Headteacher for two very different special schools. Donna is passionate about improving life chances for children and young people.
